blocktal at ETH Denver 2025: Face Time, Fresh Ideas, and a Brewery Full of Builders

This year, part of the blocktal team had the incredible opportunity to attend ETH Denver 2025, and what a week it was. From hallway conversations and impromptu coffee chats to packed talks and late-night whiteboard sessions, the energy was off the charts.

In a world that increasingly leans remote and async, getting real face time with our customers, peers, and fellow builders felt like a rare gift. There’s just something irreplaceable about being able to look someone in the eye, share a laugh, or sketch out an idea on the back of a napkin. Whether it was deep dives into protocol design, shared excitement about the future of crypto UX, or feedback on how folks are using blocktal in the wild, these conversations energized us and reminded us why we do this work.

blocktal’s Happy Hour: Kicking Off ETH Denver the Right Way

To help kick off the week’s festivities, we hosted a Happy Hour at a local Denver brewery—and wow, you showed up. We were thrilled to see a packed room full of devs, founders, researchers, and friends (old and new), all eager to connect, talk shop, and just hang out before the conference madness began.

The vibe was casual and collaborative—the perfect setting to meet people behind the projects we admire and support. It was inspiring to hear stories of how teams are using blocktal and where they’re headed next. And let’s be honest: beer, banter, and base layers of blockchain make a great combo.

Looking Ahead

We left ETH Denver with valuable insights, a clear list of priorities, and fresh ideas for how to make blocktal even more useful for the teams building with us. But more than anything, we came back grateful—for the community, the conversations, and the chance to spend real, quality time with so many amazing people.

Thank you to everyone who made time for us—whether it was at our happy hour, during a demo, or in line for tacos. Let’s keep building, and we’ll see you at the next one.
